Born in Miami, Florida; North Carolina was the perfect location to relocate and experience all of the wonderfulness that each season brings. I love NC and currently call the quaint little city of Belmont, NC home. I am married to my real estate broker husband, Chad. We have a teenage daughter, Karli, and a toddler son, Cash (pray for ya girl!).

My background is in finance. I’ve been working in the accounting field since birth (it seems). I worked in corporate accounting for over 20 years and have owned a tax business for over 18 years. In dealing with our own personal real estate transactions in the last several years, we realized that we could definitely do it better! We have been the customer, so we know what it takes to make each transaction a positive experience. Our passion is to serve, so there’s nothing more rewarding to us than helping people find their forever homes!

We take pride in experiencing all that our town has to offer. For fun, I love Pinterest crafting, spin class, reading, church, shopping, and HGTV. I still stay relevant in accounting by doing taxes seasonally, but my real side gig is juggling “mom jobs”; like Girl Scout meetings, golf, softball, and editing for my daughter’s YouTube channel, “Karli’s World”. or Potty training and watching Bluey.

My husband and I study real estate daily. And we have a SUPER TEAM of agents covering several counties! We are experts in market trends and property value analysis.
