Privacy, yet close to downtown Black Mountain. Beautiful views and wooded property with a couple of acres of very buildable area. Upper portion is steep but the views are to die for. Can hike, or just escape in nature. Gravel driveway already in. Just outside of city limits. Only county taxes. Excellent Southern and SW exposure. Nice sunlight and views to the south and southwest. Please use only all wheel or four wheel drive to avoid any damage to road.
