The build out for what is currently planned will take roughly 4 months. If additional and/or custom build outs beyond what is listed above are requested by the buyer, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to carry those costs. If a completely different build out other than what is currently planned by the seller is requested by the buyer, the list price will be adjusted & it will be the buyer’s responsibility to take out a construction to perm loan before construction begins and the seller will no longer carry the cost of the build.
