There’s always something to do here. Walking trails for miles, and speed limit is 30mph, so it’s not noisy with traffic. Golf course is accessible across from gate house on Broad Creek, as well as the community pool and a restaurant. Very nice community, Every home is well cared for and maintained. It’s about 20/25 minutes from the city of New Bern, no city taxes. Plus all the shopping and restaurants are close by. Beautiful place, quiet and safe. Carolina water services the water/sewer, low rates. And Tideland Electric is power. No gas out here. We have fiber from Brightspeed, or Comcast for Internet/Television, or you can choose to do dish/satellite service.
