Personal property (camper and golf cart) will transfer with a bill of sale, but is included in the purchase price.

The camper includes a queen size bed in a private room and twin bunk beds off the kitchen/living area. TVs in both areas will convey. The bathroom includes a standing shower. Full kitchen with a seating area for four and a comfortable love seat that extends into an additional bed round out the amenities of the camper.

All decor, furnishings, linens, televisions, and accessories within the property and on the deck will remain after sale.
