The Policy Map from the 2040 Comprehensive Plan designates PID 03308309 as the Neighborhood Center Place Type and the other two parcels as the Neighborhood 1 Place Type, which allows a variety of commercial uses. NC DoT has plans for a roundabout to be built at this intersection.
