Lot has a private cemetery of the Goforth family with many historical plots including the plot of Preston Goforth that was killed in the Revolutionary War. The cemetery is fenced off with an ornamental iron fence and the Goforth family & a DAR representative must be allowed access to the graves. City waterline runs across the front of the lot, but lot will require a septic tank in order to build on it. City sewage is close, but not yet available.
