Location, location, location….Approximately a mile to downtown Belmont with many dining and shopping options as well as the many events happening all year long. The Belmont City Rec Center is located approximately 2 miles away and has many amenities and classes. The location in close proximity to Keener Blvd. provides easy access to Wilkinson Blvd. and interstate 85. Harris Teeter, Lowes, Walmart, Aldi, Holy Angels and a lot of other retail and restaurant locations are all located just a short drive away. This home has been extensively updated in the past few years. Updates include new metal roof, gutters, vinyl siding, concrete driveway and walkway to the front steps, electrical upgrade, water line(s), fence, ceiling fans, lighting, bathroom, completely new HVAC system including duct work installed and serviced every 6 months by GSM Services, tank-less hot water heater, flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, stove with oven, out building for storage as well as a carport for multiple uses, crawlspace including vapor barrier and insulation, attic insulation.
