WHAT A VIEW!!! That is what you will say every time you walk into your new house. Stop looking for a house that will work, and just build your dream home! Bring your architect, clear some trees, and break ground on something truly special. Did I mention that the Road is fully paved right up to the lot?! Mountain Life without the hassles of a gravel Road. This lot is conveniently located just 13 mins from downtown Brevard. Please keep in mind that you will have to clear some trees and shrubs to get the full effect of the view but the road bed will keep most of the big trees out of the picture. This could be an expansive year-round view of the Blue Ridge. Don’t wait for the fall pictures to post, by then this lot could be gone and you will be back to square one. Come see this beautiful green lot in person!
