West Meadow is a beautiful wooded rural community that values nature. It has the mountain feel without the often difficult access. If you are looking for a heavily wooded lot in a beautiful community on which to build a small one bedroom home of at least 550 sq ft … come and see West Meadow and find out why Cabin Cove Lot 29 might be perfect for you. And it already has a one bedroom septic permit with septic system plan! In addition to the meadow and common areas, there is a spectacular perimeter trail system and community garden plots are available for those who don’t want (or don’t have enough room or enough sun) to plant a garden on their own lots.
