Greetings from the heart of the Carolinas! I’m Chad Simpson, a proud Gaston County native whose journey meandered through Raleigh, Rock Hill, and Hickory, now, I proudly call the enchanting city of Belmont home.

This incredible journey is shared with my extraordinary wife, Jenn, a seasoned real estate broker, and our two amazing kids 15-year-old Karli and the lively addition to our family, Wylie Cash, our spirited 4-year-old.

With nearly two decades in the retail industry, my professional roots were sown at the local Autozone at the age of 18. Ascending the corporate ladder, I achieved “Rookie of the Year” status in my first year as a District Manager. This retail background instilled in me a profound appreciation for understanding and meeting customer needs, a principle seamlessly transferred into the realm of real estate.

The inspiration to dive into real estate emerged from our personal transactions, where we identified opportunities to elevate the customer experience. Our mission is straightforward: to ensure our clients embark on the most positive and rewarding journey in finding their forever homes.
