Chad is an exceptional real estate agent! We were first time home buyers, and Chad was excellent in easing our concerns and providing information that made us feel much more comfortable with the process. Chad was very patient with my wife and me as we were renting a townhome and in no hurry to buy a home. Chad must have showed us at least a dozen homes during the 4 months it took us to find the ideal home which happened to be in the very same subdivision where we had been renting during our search.

Having Chad on our team helped the stress of moving a little simpler. Chad was patient in letting the right house come to us and being open to accommodating us for multiple showings to get a feel for exactly what we wanted. He gave feedback and suggestions but made sure to let us make the best decision in our home selection. We give him a lot of credit for fighting on our behalf when the selling party failed on their end as well. Even in this sellers market we were able to get some credits at closing. He kept a check on us throughout our relocation process and helped ensure closing went smoothly.
